  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in outdoor/field sales, with a strong preference for prior experience in the apparel, fabrics, textiles, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the retail and distribution landscape in Qatar, with knowledge of both public and private sector clients. Knowledge of the broader GCC market is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Skills: Strong, persuasive personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Commercial Skills: Ability to negotiate and persuade, coupled with high organizational skills to manage time and plan field visits efficiently.
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar and potentially make visits to other Gulf states as business requires.
