• Vendor Invoice Processing: Receiving, reviewing, and coding invoices from both local and international suppliers to ensure accuracy against purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Regular Reconciliation: Performing periodic reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure balances match and promptly resolving any discrepancies or queries.
• Payment Run Preparation: Assisting in the preparation and execution of supplier payments according to the payment schedule and company policies, via bank transfers or checks.

Qualifications and Key Requirements
