- Production Optimization: Propose and implement strategies to enhance oil and gas recovery rates from existing fields using advanced techniques such as reservoir stimulation.
- Reservoir Management: Monitor reservoir performance and study fluid behavior to develop long-term field development plans aimed at maximizing the economic recovery of the resource.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related engineering field from an accredited university. A Master's degree will be a strong added advantage.
