Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' conditions and diagnosing their movement, muscular, and neurological issues.
• Developing individualized and comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position at NMC Healthcare, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent. A Master's degree in a subspecialty will be considered an advantage.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in the United Arab Emirates (e.g., from the Ministry of Health and Prevention - MoHAP, or the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi - DoH). Readiness to obtain licensure for newly qualified candidates is a key factor.
• Experience: NMC prefers candidates with prior practical experience in physiotherapy, especially within a hospital or multi-specialty clinic setting. However, exceptional high-skilled fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in both Arabic and English is advantageous). Ability to empathize with and motivate patients. Accuracy and attention to detail. Capability to work both within a team and independently.
