Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or recognized professional certifications are a strong advantage.
• Proven minimum of 7 years of work experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Private Banking.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role related to Program Management or managing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of wealth management products and strategies, financial market structures, and the regulatory environment in the Middle East, particularly the UAE.
• Proficiency in project management frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership and exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
