Job Overview

The successful Project Manager will be tasked with leading and coordinating projects from their initial stages through to final delivery. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk assessment. Lead the project team to execute these plans efficiently.
• Leadership & Supervision: Direct and monitor the performance of the multidisciplinary project team (engineers, supervisors, contractors). Foster a collaborative and motivational work environment.
• Resource & Schedule Management: Optimally allocate physical and human resources. Continuously monitor progress and take immediate corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all project works comply with internal technical specifications, industry standards, and Saudi government regulations, with a particular focus on stringent safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a strong advantage.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing construction or development projects, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. Experience in the Saudi market is a significant plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Office software. Deep understanding of construction phases, local regulations, and cost estimation methods.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to negotiate and persuade. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions.
• Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
