Job Overview
The successful Project Manager will be tasked with leading and coordinating projects from their initial stages through to final delivery. Key Responsibilities & Duties

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in managing construction or development projects, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. Experience in the Saudi market is a significant plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Office software. Deep understanding of construction phases, local regulations, and cost estimation methods.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to negotiate and persuade. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions.
- Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
