Job Description and Responsibilities

The successful Project Manager will be appointed as the primary person responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the company's projects within the defined scope, required quality, approved time, and budget. Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and Guiding the Project Team: Directly supervising project team members (internal and external), delegating tasks, and ensuring effective collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Project Planning and Organization: Developing detailed project plans encompassing scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk management. Creating and implementing a project management framework.
• Budget and Resource Management: Preparing and controlling the project budget, ensuring optimal use of financial and human resources, and providing regular reports on financial performance.
• Quality Assurance and Delivery: Monitoring the quality of outputs at all project stages to ensure compliance with agreed specifications and standards, and delivering the final project to the client or relevant party.
• Stakeholder Management: Effective and continuous communication with all stakeholders, including clients, senior management, suppliers, and team members. Preparing and presenting periodic reports on project progress, obstacles, and outcomes.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential project risks early, developing mitigation plans, and resolving problems and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensuring all project activities comply with the company's internal policies and prevailing regulatory standards in the Kingdom.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, or Project Management. Advanced or specialized degrees are a plus.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects from start to finish. Experience in sectors such as Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure is a strong advantage.
• Professional Certifications: Possession of a recognized professional certification in project management such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and other office tools. Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Personal Skills:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Strategic thinking and solving complex problems.
  • High organization and time management under pressure.
