Job Description
We are seeking a distinguished Strategic Project Manager to join the CEO/Chairman’s Office in the United Arab Emirates. This role is pivotal in leading and coordinating strategic initiatives that drive the organization's goals. You will work closely with senior management to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-impact projects, from the planning phase through to final delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and a deep understanding of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects assigned by the CEO/Chairman’s Office.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management on project progress.
- Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Support strategic planning processes and board reporting.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with preference for experience in a CEO's office or strategic consulting environment.
- Professional Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
