Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6 and MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and analyze performance against approved baselines.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with various project teams to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Provide recommendations for schedule optimization and risk mitigation.
• Participate in planning and coordination meetings with clients and contractors.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in engineering planning, with prior experience in major construction projects (preferably in the UAE or GCC).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (certification is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
