Job Description

The Central Strategic Planning Department is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Planning Engineer to contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies for major projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic planning processes, analyzing data, and providing evidence-based recommendations to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic plans for major projects.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of strategic objectives with operational activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management.
• Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and measure their performance.
• Provide technical advice and strategic consultation to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field). An MBA or Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and major project management.
• Proven experience working on infrastructure or real estate development projects in the Gulf region.
• Proficiency in using data analysis and strategic planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Advanced Excel).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
