Job Description
As a Purchase Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities within the company, including developing purchasing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished products at the highest quality and best cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs.
- Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers, negotiating contracts and commercial terms.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability without overstocking or shortages.
- Analyze market trends and raw material prices to optimize costs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management software.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of UAE trade and customs regulations.
