Job Description and Responsibilities

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive quality strategies and systems across the company's projects and service lines. Key expected responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with recognized standards such as ISO 9001.
• Leading internal audit processes and the regular assessment of operations and projects to ensure adherence to defined quality specifications.
• Designing and managing Quality Control (QC) programs for construction and operational projects, including inspection processes and material testing.
• Investigating non-conformances or client complaints, identifying root causes, and leading corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Training and coaching project teams and other staff on QA policies and procedures to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies concerning quality matters.
• Reviewing project plans and tender documents to ensure quality requirements are adequately incorporated.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical) or a related field. A Master’s degree or advanced professional certifications (e.g., CQE, CMQ/OE) is a strong advantage.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with a strong focus on the real estate, construction, or facilities management sector.
• Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles, with the ability to manage and guide a team.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Hands-on experience in conducting audits and managing non-conformance.
• A strong understanding of construction regulations and specifications applicable in the Saudi market.
