Job Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including store opening and closing procedures, inventory management, stock level monitoring, and ensuring visual merchandising and storage standards are met.
• Financial Performance: Accountable for achieving the store's sales and profitability goals. Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and develop action plans to enhance performance.
• Customer Service: Ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure the store's compliance with all company internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable local laws and regulations in Kuwait.
• Financial Control: Closely monitor operational expenses and the store's allocated budget.
• Marketing & Sales: Contribute to the execution of promotional campaigns and special offers, and monitor competitor performance in the area.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a Store Manager or senior supervisory role within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of retail management principles, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team and build a collaborative spirit.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to analyze data and figures to make informed business decisions.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours and official holidays as required.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
