Job Description

Eliana Group, a leading company in the Eastern Province, is seeking a professional Receptionist to join its branches in Al Khobar and Dhahran. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making a professional appearance and courteous demeanor essential for this role.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, directing incoming calls, and providing accurate information about the company's services. This role requires an organized, multi-tasking individual capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
  • Provide general information about the company and its services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliver it to the concerned parties.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed (printing, scanning, faxing).
  • Coordinate with management to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Business Administration or Hospitality preferred).
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in reception or customer service (previous experience is a plus).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Neat and professional appearance.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle work pressure.
