Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The successful Registered Nurse will be an integral part of the dermatology clinic team, responsible for a range of professional duties including:

• Providing specialized, safe, and effective nursing care to patients in the Dermatology OPD.
• Assisting dermatologists with various clinical procedures within the clinic setting.
• Preparing patients for examinations and medical procedures, ensuring their comfort and reassurance.
• Accurately carrying out medical instructions, including administering medications and topical treatments as per established protocols.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, skincare, and disease prevention.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic medical records for patients.
• Ensuring strict adherence to infection control standards and the organization's safety policies.
• Managing the clinic appointment schedule and assisting with logistical administrative tasks related to patient flow.
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, technicians, and administrative staff.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from a recognized institute or university.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license from the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOH) or be eligible to obtain one. Prior licensing from a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) country is preferred.
• Experience: Proven work experience in nursing. Previous experience in a Dermatology clinic, outpatient department, or skincare setting is a significant advantage.
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and listening skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to empathize with patients and provide psychological support.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in performing clinical tasks and documentation.
