Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful Relationship Manager will bear core responsibility for building and maintaining strategic relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as key partners. They will work independently in a remote setting while coordinating closely with internal company teams to achieve growth objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

The primary expected responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective client relationship management strategies to foster loyalty and enhance client retention.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for clients, deeply understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions from the company's suite of professional services.
  • Building a strong professional network and identifying new business opportunities through proactive networking and outreach.
  • Preparing and presenting professional proposals and pitches that accurately address client requirements.
  • Monitoring the performance of client accounts and ensuring service delivery meets the highest quality standards and agreed timelines.
  • Preparing regular reports on client relationship performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role such as Customer Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Consultative Sales, preferably within the professional services or consulting sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to craft professional messages and proposals.
  • Strong self-motivation and effective time-management skills in a remote work environment, maintaining a high level of discipline and initiative.
  • In-depth understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in remote communication technologies and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, CRM platforms).
  • A proven track record in achieving client retention targets and generating recurring revenue will be highly preferred.
