Job Description
Al-Futtaim Group, one of the most prestigious and diversified business groups in the Gulf region, is pleased to announce an immediate hiring opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join the teams of the luxury fashion brands Sandro and Maje at Kuwait's premier shopping destination, The Avenues Mall.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the high standards of the brand. This role requires a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide immediate assistance.
- Offer professional fashion advice based on customer needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and product displays.
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability on the shop floor.
- Process cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Follow up with new customers and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (bilingual required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Outgoing, personable, and a team player.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Legal residency in Kuwait (transferable visa preferred).
