About the Role

The OCC Advisor plays a critical role in the company's Operations Control Center, ensuring smooth and safe daily operations. This position requires extensive experience in field operations management and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily drilling and exploration operations from the control center
• Monitor equipment performance and field team activities
• Analyze operational data and provide performance improvement recommendations
• Coordinate with maintenance and safety teams
• Prepare periodic operational status reports
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations
• Implement global safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in oil and gas operations
• Previous OCC experience is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
