Key Responsibilities (based on role nature)

• Oversee the execution of major projects, ensuring they meet objectives within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate between different teams (engineering, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress and risk management.
• Provide technical and administrative support to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with BAE Systems' quality and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in defense, aerospace, or engineering sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – Arabic is an advantage. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the project lifecycle and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
