Job Description

As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to sell vehicles to corporate clients, government entities, and other organizations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Achieving and exceeding assigned fleet sales targets.
• Preparing competitive quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Managing key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with service and maintenance departments for seamless client experience.
• Preparing regular sales reports and market analysis.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in fleet sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Valid Bahrain driving license.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bahrain automotive market.
