Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate for this managerial role will hold a pivotal position in driving the company's commercial growth efforts. The core focus will be on developing and executing sales and expansion strategies that align with the company's overarching objectives. This individual will be directly accountable for generating new revenue streams and enhancing current market share.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing the comprehensive sales and business development strategy for the Saudi market.
  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities, including potential clients and strategic partnerships within the technology sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong, profitable relationships with key customers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA will be a distinct advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong focus on the technology, telecommunications, or digital services sector.
  • Proven experience working within the Saudi Arabian market and a deep understanding of the local business environment and culture.
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
  • Strong analytical skills in planning and data interpretation.
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant competitive advantage.
