Al-Futtaim Automotive (FAMCO), a division of the leading Al-Futtaim Group in the region, is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for the position of Sales Consultant. You will join a dynamic team working in one of the largest distributors of passenger cars and commercial vehicles in the Middle East.

As a Sales Consultant at FAMCO, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional purchasing experience to customers, from initial contact through to delivery. You will work to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and enhance the Al-Futtaim brand image in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the showroom and provide professional sales consultations
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions from FAMCO's product range
• Conduct test drives for potential customers
• Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain and continuously update customer database
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Participate in exhibitions and promotional events as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales
• Valid driving license (UAE or transferable international license)
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Dynamic personality with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good knowledge of the UAE automotive market
