Alargan Towell Investment Company LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team in Muscat, Oman. This is a key opportunity for ambitious sales professionals looking to build a career with an established investment firm in the Omani and Gulf market.

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts for the company's investment services or products. This role is pivotal in achieving the company's revenue and growth targets by building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager or relevant department head.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new clients in the Omani market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the existing client portfolio.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads through various channels.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts to clients, articulating the value of the company's investment products or services.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market activities, and sales forecasts.
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing events to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical support departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, services, and investment market trends in Oman and the Gulf region.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Experience in the investment, financial services, or real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive, driven, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle (typically preferred for such field-based roles).
