Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The new sales professional will join a dynamic team responsible for driving growth and increasing market share for the company's cleaning equipment division. Core duties will focus on:
- Developing new client accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers across various sectors, including industrial firms, commercial establishments, hotels, hospitals, and service facilities.
- Deeply understanding client requirements and proposing suitable solutions from the company's range of advanced cleaning equipment.
- Preparing and delivering professional, compelling quotations and following up on sales opportunities through to closure.
- Achieving agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the cleaning equipment market to provide valuable consultation to clients.
- Preparing regular reports on sales activity, pipelines, and market forecasts for management.
- Working closely with internal technical support and logistics teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years in a sales role. Previous experience in selling industrial equipment, cleaning machinery, technical products, or within the engineering sector is highly preferred. Experience in the Bahraini market or the Gulf region, in general, is a significant advantage.
- Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ambitious, self-driven personality with the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Practical Requirements: The applicant must possess a valid driver's license and have their own car for mobility, as the role involves travel within Manama and various areas across Bahrain.
