Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Sales Executive specializing in tiles and sanitary ware to join a team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the client base, increasing market share, and achieving sales targets within the construction and building sector.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills in Arabic and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, including contractors, distributors, and real estate developers. You will work independently and under pressure to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for tiles and sanitary ware products.
• Prospect for new clients and build strong business relationships.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present quotations, and negotiate with clients.
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the brand.
• Prepare periodic sales reports for management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales of tiles and sanitary ware.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) - mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the building materials market in Oman.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
