Sales Manager - INTALEQ (Doha, Qatar)
INTALEQ is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to be based in its office in Doha, Qatar. Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will hold a strategic position responsible for leading and directing the sales efforts of INTALEQ. The primary focus will be on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. The core responsibilities expected for this role include:
- Leadership & Development: Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to achieve its full potential. This includes ongoing coaching, setting clear performance goals, and fostering a culture of success and collaboration within the team.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive and effective sales plans and strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This involves market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and creating actionable, measurable plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key existing and potential clients. Understand their deep-seated needs and present appropriate solutions offered by INTALEQ.
- Target Achievement: Hold direct responsibility for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. Continuously monitor team performance and analyze reports to take corrective actions when necessary.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience and enhance service offerings.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Work Experience: Proven track record of 5 to 7 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Senior Sales Supervisor).
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate, lead, and inspire a team towards excellence. Effective communication and delegation skills.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong capability in data analysis, understanding KPIs, and formulating evidence-based strategies for growth.
- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the Qatari and regional market, with an existing professional network in the local market (considered a strong advantage).
- Personal Skills: A proactive leader, able to work under pressure, solve problems proactively, and possess excellent negotiation skills.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A higher degree (e.g., MBA) or professional sales certifications will be an added advantage.
- Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage for communicating with a broader client base.
