Job Description
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the sales team to achieve financial targets and drive the company's growth engine. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership & Development: Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team. Develop training plans to enhance their skills and elevate performance.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive and effective sales strategies to target new markets and strengthen current market share.
- Performance Management: Set clear, measurable sales targets for the team, monitor performance regularly, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Business Development: Hunt for new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and ensure revenue goals are met and exceeded.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed periodic sales performance reports. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and propose improvement solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service departments to ensure a seamless and superior customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
To qualify for this leadership opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in sales, with a proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager or Senior Sales Supervisor).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales strategies and principles, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and market analysis.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate and lead a team towards goal achievement, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed strategic decisions.
- Personality: A proactive, results-driven leader capable of working under pressure and taking ownership.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications in sales or management are a distinct advantage.
