Job Description and Key Responsibilities

The newly appointed Sales Representative will serve as the field face of the company, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share. The core responsibilities for this position include:

  • Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Working to achieve the sales targets and plans set by the company's management.
  • Prospecting for New Clients: Identifying potential opportunities in the market, generating leads, and expanding the company's client network.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Extensive proven sales experience may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
  • Work Experience: Proven previous experience in sales, preferably within the trading or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Experience in the Jeddah or Western Region market of Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while maintaining a team spirit.
    • Flexibility and the capacity to work under pressure to meet targets.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Other Requirements: Candidates preferably should possess a valid driver's license and own a car, as the role may require mobility within Jeddah city.
