Job Description
As a Sales and Tendering Specialist at Wits Global, you will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting competitive proposals. You will work closely with the sales team to develop winning strategies, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Researching new tender opportunities in the Kuwaiti market.
- Preparing and submitting price quotations and technical documents.
- Negotiating with suppliers and clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitoring tender status and updating the database.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful contract execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and tender management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of government and private sector tendering systems in Kuwait.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
