Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading the technical and engineering aspects of construction projects under the umbrella of Januss Real Estate Developers. Core responsibilities include:
- Technical Supervision & Planning: Directly overseeing the design and execution phases of real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with the highest local and international standards of quality and safety.
- Project Management: Contributing to project planning and scheduling, managing allocated resources and budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Design & Specification Review: Reviewing and examining engineering drawings, material specifications, quantity surveys, and proposing improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements
