Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional real estate consultancy services to clients regarding property sales, purchases, and rentals
- Develop a new client base and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Analyze the real estate market and provide periodic reports on trends and pricing
- Negotiate and successfully close real estate deals
- Organize and present properties to potential clients
- Follow up on all legal and administrative procedures related to real estate transactions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate consultancy, preferably in the Dubai market
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and key areas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid real estate license in Dubai (RERA) is a plus
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior consultants
