Job Description and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and executing end-to-end recruitment processes for the organization. They will be directly responsible for developing and implementing effective talent attraction strategies that meet the current and future needs of various departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer and onboarding.
  • Working closely with department heads to accurately understand role requirements and define the ideal candidate profile.
  • Developing and executing innovative talent sourcing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., online job portals, professional networks, agencies, employee referrals).
  • Conducting initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their fit for the role and organizational culture.
  • Enhancing and refining the candidate experience to ensure a positive impression of the organization's employer brand.
  • Contributing to building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Preparing reports and analytics on recruitment KPIs (such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Staying updated on best practices in recruitment and local labor laws in the UAE.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a significant portion in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment processes for positions at various levels (entry, mid, senior).
  • In-depth knowledge of online recruitment platforms (such as Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, Bayt) and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of relevant labor laws and procedures in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • A professional certification in HR or Recruitment.
  • Experience in specific industry sectors may be an added advantage depending on the organization's nature.
