Job Description

The successful therapist will be integrated into a dedicated hotel spa team, delivering exceptional relaxation and wellness experiences to hotel guests. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of spa treatments to global standards, contributing to the hotel's reputation as a wellness destination.

Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Perform various spa treatments for guests with high professionalism, such as massages (Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue), facial and body beauty treatments, and traditional therapies.
• Conduct initial consultations with guests to understand their wellness and beauty needs and expectations.
• Recommend appropriate skincare and body care products to guests based on an analysis of their needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and all equipment used.

• Contribute to the spa's sales targets by promoting additional services and treatments.
• Participate in ongoing training to learn about the latest techniques and trends in spa therapies.
• Fully comply with all health, safety, and occupational standards followed by the hotel and spa.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification & Experience: A recognized certification in Beauty Therapy, Massage, or Cosmetology. Previous experience working as a Spa Therapist within a luxury hotel or reputable wellness resort is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and beauty treatments. Good knowledge of human anatomy.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic and English preferred). Ability to create an atmosphere of relaxation and trust with guests. Team spirit and a professional appearance.
• Personality: Must be a friendly, patient, and considerate individual who respects guest privacy and comfort. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
