Job Description
As a Support Implementation Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing and installing technical systems according to client requirements
- Providing technical support to clients and resolving technical issues
- Conducting system testing and ensuring performance quality
- Documenting implementation processes and preparing technical reports
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and procedures
- Training users on new systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in system support and implementation
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Experience in database and network management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills
- Professional certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Knowledge of automation and integration tools
