Job Description & Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager will hold a leadership position within the Human Resources department, directly responsible for charting and executing the company's strategic recruitment roadmap. Core responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing a holistic talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and rapid growth objectives.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Overseeing end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical positions, from requisition to offer and onboarding, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Employer Brand Building: Enhancing Salla's image as an employer of choice in the Saudi and regional job market through innovative initiatives and effective communication across various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
- Process Innovation: Pioneering and improving recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including leveraging modern recruitment technologies and analytics.
- Team Leadership: Guiding, mentoring, and developing the talent acquisition team, building their capabilities, and ensuring the achievement of targets and high performance.
- Business Partnership: Working closely with senior managers and department heads to understand their operational needs and provide proactive recruitment solutions that support their business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this leadership role, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recent years in leadership or supervisory roles within fast-paced growth environments. Preference will be given to candidates from the technology or e-commerce sectors.
- Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of modern talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive teams to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic setting.
- Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
