Salla, a leading e-commerce solutions provider in Saudi Arabia and the region, is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to join its team at the headquarters in Jeddah. This pivotal role is designed to drive organizational growth by building and executing comprehensive strategies to attract and acquire top-tier local and international talent.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager will hold a leadership position within the Human Resources department, directly responsible for charting and executing the company's strategic recruitment roadmap. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing a holistic talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and rapid growth objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Overseeing end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical positions, from requisition to offer and onboarding, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Employer Brand Building: Enhancing Salla's image as an employer of choice in the Saudi and regional job market through innovative initiatives and effective communication across various recruitment platforms and professional networks.
  • Process Innovation: Pioneering and improving recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including leveraging modern recruitment technologies and analytics.
  • Team Leadership: Guiding, mentoring, and developing the talent acquisition team, building their capabilities, and ensuring the achievement of targets and high performance.
  • Business Partnership: Working closely with senior managers and department heads to understand their operational needs and provide proactive recruitment solutions that support their business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this leadership role, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recent years in leadership or supervisory roles within fast-paced growth environments. Preference will be given to candidates from the technology or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strategic Acumen: Deep understanding of modern talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive teams to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic setting.
  • Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local and international talent markets, particularly within the tech domain.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
