Identify as a woman.
Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident, or a permanent humanitarian visa holder.
Be enrolled full-time in one of the following programs at RMIT University, Australia: 2nd year of Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering) (Honours) (BH073), 2nd year of Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) (Honours) (BH075), 3rd year of Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic and Computer Systems Engineering) (Honours) / Bachelor of Business (BH111).
Have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher.
Demonstrate high-level communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Be available for a 12-week paid work placement and/or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity in their penultimate year.
Not be committed to another employer (except casual/part-time work) for the duration of the scholarship.
Be willing to participate in a mentoring program at CitiPower, Powercor, and United Energy.
