- High school graduation certificate or equivalent with minimum 90% average, approved by Ministry of Education
- Final year Math and Science (Chemistry/Biology/Physics) completed with minimum 90%
- Recent high school graduate (same year or year prior to application)
- English proficiency: IELTS 7.0 overall (min 6.5 per section), or TOEFL iBT 95, or SAT Evidence-Based Reading 550
- Math proficiency: SAT 550 or ACT 22
- Extracurricular achievements (competitions, olympiads, certifications, leadership, community engagement)
- Two academic reference letters
- Pass university-approved medical examination
- Full-time dedication to studies during scholarship period
- Maintain minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0
- Compliance with university regulations and policies
