Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Customer Service & Support: Interact with clients or suppliers regarding financial inquiries or delivery arrangements, working to resolve any operational complexities that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and present concise reports on account statuses and operational activities to management to aid in decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Work Experience: Proven prior experience (typically 2-4 years) in a role combining accounting/finance with operational or administrative support. Experience in the automotive, trading, or retail sector is a significant advantage.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of accounting systems and administrative software (e.g., ERP) is required.
- Soft Skills:
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
