The Group Vintage is announcing an opening for the position of Regional Sales Manager in the United Arab Emirates. Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will hold a pivotal role within the company's sales structure, being directly responsible for leading and developing sales strategies to achieve financial targets and increase market share in the region. This leader will work closely with sales and marketing teams to build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the local sales team, providing the necessary coaching and support to achieve their individual and collective targets.
  • Identify new business growth opportunities within the UAE market and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market and sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure the sales team has a thorough understanding of the products/services and their ability to present their compelling value to customers.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting for the region.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions to enhance brand presence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience of 7-10 years in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Regional Sales Manager or Sales Manager).
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market or the Gulf region in general.
  • Deep understanding of the business environment and commercial culture in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to analyze data and markets to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Dynamic personality, capable of working under pressure and adapting to a fast-changing environment.
