The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the customer service team to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty for AlFuttaim Real Estate's clientele. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Leadership & Development: Lead, guide, and motivate the customer service team to achieve excellence in performance targets. Responsible for the ongoing training and development of team members.
- Customer Service Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies and policies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison between customers and other internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technical) to ensure inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Performance Analysis & Quality Assurance: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the customer service department, prepare regular reports for senior management, and propose process improvements based on data and feedback.
- Process Improvement: Review and enhance existing customer service procedures to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all customer interactions comply with internal quality standards and applicable market regulations.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
This role is exclusively for highly qualified UAE Nationals and includes the following requirements:
- Nationality: Applicant must be a UAE National.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management, with at least 3 years of proven leadership experience in a similar role. Experience in the real estate, retail, or premium services sector is a significant advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Solution-Oriented: Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues proactively and with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suites.
