Job Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the complete oversight of all financial and administrative activities of the company. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and manage the entire finance and accounting department.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or a recognized professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) will be a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of practical experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager in a medium to large-sized company.
• Strong and in-depth experience working within Qatar or the GCC market, with thorough knowledge of applicable tax systems and commercial regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and finance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

• Proven leadership abilities in managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
