Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager will hold a leadership position within the Human Resources department and will be responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of TASC Outsourcing. Core responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing HR policies and procedures that support the organizational culture and business goals.
- Talent & Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection, through performance management and career development, to separation.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Leading recruitment efforts for key positions, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent in a competitive market.
- Learning & Development: Identifying training needs, and designing and implementing effective development programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a key liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries, managing conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Contributing to the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyzing HR metrics and preparing periodic reports for senior management on the effectiveness of HR strategies.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) will be a strong advantage.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (HR Manager or Head of HR). Experience in the outsourcing or professional services sector is highly preferred.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and regulatory standards, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong capability in data analysis and evidence-based decision making.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Integrity, discretion, ability to work under pressure, and strategic thinking.
