Job Description

The Insurance Sales Manager will hold a pivotal role in leading and developing the sales activities within the company's insurance division. He/She will be the primary person responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies to enhance the company's market share and drive revenue growth. The manager will work closely with the sales team to achieve set financial and strategic targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the insurance sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and financial budgets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive and effective sales plans and strategies for various insurance products.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new client bases, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance to adjust strategies and improve competitive advantage.
• Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of insurance products.
• Prepare detailed periodic sales performance reports, analyze data, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and policies in the UAE insurance sector.
• Participate in negotiations and closing major deals with corporate clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

The company is looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in insurance sales and strong leadership abilities.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance products (e.g., Motor, Health, Property, Life insurance).
• Strong understanding of the regulations and the insurance market in the UAE and the Gulf region.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and use it for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• Leadership personality, capable of motivating and driving a team towards goals.
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
