Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring resource (manpower, equipment, materials) allocation and consumption against the schedule.
• Attending coordination meetings with clients and subcontractors to present and discuss project plans and milestones.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) from an accredited university.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a similar role (Planning Engineer or Project Engineer) within the contracting or strategic trading industry. Experience in infrastructure or major commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in project planning software, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Primavera P6. Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of the Arabic language is a significant advantage.
