Job Description and Responsibilities
The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive quality strategies and systems across the company's projects and service lines. Operating within the Operations or Project Management division, the focus will be on ensuring compliance with all internal standards, as well as local and international regulations, particularly within the context of Saudi Vision 2030 and its giga-projects.
Key expected responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) in line with recognized standards such as ISO 9001.
- Leading internal audit processes and the regular assessment of operations and projects to ensure adherence to defined quality specifications.
- Designing and managing Quality Control (QC) programs for construction and operational projects, including inspection processes and material testing.
- Investigating non-conformances or client complaints, identifying root causes, and leading corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Training and coaching project teams and other staff on QA policies and procedures to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies concerning quality matters.
- Reviewing project plans and tender documents to ensure quality requirements are adequately incorporated.

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with a strong focus on the real estate, construction, or facilities management sector.
- Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles, with the ability to manage and guide a team.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Hands-on experience in conducting audits and managing non-conformance.
- A strong understanding of construction regulations and specifications applicable in the Saudi market.
