Job Description & Key Responsibilities

The appointed Sales Associate will be integrated into the company's active sales team, responsible for a range of core tasks that drive sales targets and enhance brand presence. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Executing Sales Strategies: Working towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective engagement with existing and potential clients.
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, deeply understanding client needs, and offering suitable solutions or products that meet those requirements.
• Marketing & Promotion: Contributing to marketing and promotional activities for the company's products or services within the Bahraini market.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building strong, sustainable relationships with the client base, ensuring high satisfaction to foster brand loyalty.
• Follow-up & Reporting: Diligently following up on sales leads and preparing regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges for the Sales Manager.
• Product Knowledge: Developing comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to deliver valuable and compelling proposals to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with fellow sales team members and other departments to ensure shared goals are met.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. Highly motivated fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn may also be considered.
• Personal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word).
