Sales Manager - Vintage Luxe Real Estate (Dubai)

Job Description
The Sales Manager will hold a pivotal leadership position within the company's organizational structure. The core responsibilities will focus on leading and developing the sales team to meet and exceed established financial and sales targets. You will be directly responsible for formulating and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the dynamics of Dubai's luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing ongoing support and training to enhance their performance and skills in selling and promoting luxury properties.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies, including identifying target markets, analyzing competitors, and proposing sales-supportive marketing initiatives.
- Performance Management: Regularly monitor the sales team's performance, analyze key performance indicator (KPI) reports, and ensure the achievement of individual and collective goals.
- Business Development: Hunt for new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base of investors and individuals interested in owning luxury properties in Dubai.
- Client Service: Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is delivered, maintaining strong and sustainable relationships with existing and potential clients, thereby enhancing the company's market reputation.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the marketing department and senior management to align efforts and ensure the coherent achievement of the company's vision and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be a successful candidate for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with proven experience in the luxury real estate sector within the Dubai or UAE market. Previous experience in a leadership role (Team Lead or Sales Manager) is essential.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the luxury and high-end segment. Good knowledge of the laws and regulations governing real estate transactions in the UAE.
- Personal Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards goal achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
- High-level negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to understand market data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for achieving financial targets.
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Professional certifications in sales or real estate are a distinct advantage.
Job Location
The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the expectation of mobility within the emirate to meet clients or visit property projects.
