Job Description
The ICV Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting and implementing the company's strategy to enhance local value addition within its supply chain and operations. In this role, you will work closely with various departments within EGA and with external suppliers and partners.
Key Expected Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Monitoring: Collect and analyze data related to spending with local and international suppliers, track ICV program performance indicators, and prepare periodic reports for management and relevant authorities.
- Supplier Support & Evaluation: Assist current and potential suppliers in understanding ICV program requirements and certification, and evaluate supplier profiles to ensure compliance with standards.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to developing plans and roadmaps to increase the in-country value percentage in the company's operations and projects.
- Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between Procurement, Finance, Projects, and other departments to ensure ICV objectives are integrated into all processes.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the company's compliance with all ICV program requirements and regulations mandated by government entities in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
Requirements & Qualifications
Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking candidates with the following educational background and practical skills:
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related area, such as data analysis, supply chain management, procurement, or management consulting. Previous experience with In-Country Value (ICV) programs or similar economic initiatives in the Gulf region is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it in clear reports.
