Job Description

The ICV Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting and implementing the company's strategy to enhance local value addition within its supply chain and operations. Key Expected Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Monitoring: Collect and analyze data related to spending with local and international suppliers, track ICV program performance indicators, and prepare periodic reports for management and relevant authorities.
• Supplier Support & Evaluation: Assist current and potential suppliers in understanding ICV program requirements and certification, and evaluate supplier profiles to ensure compliance with standards.
• Strategic Development: Contribute to developing plans and roadmaps to increase the in-country value percentage in the company's operations and projects.
• Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between Procurement, Finance, Projects, and other departments to ensure ICV objectives are integrated into all processes.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the company's compliance with all ICV program requirements and regulations mandated by government entities in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Requirements & Qualifications

Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking candidates with the following educational background and practical skills:

• Academic Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
• Work Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related area, such as data analysis, supply chain management, procurement, or management consulting. Previous experience with In-Country Value (ICV) programs or similar economic initiatives in the Gulf region is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:
