Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, including responsibilities for hiring, training, performance evaluation, and skill development.

- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, or large residential/commercial facilities is preferred.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Asset-Centric Reliability principles (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive results from a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantageous addition.
