Job Description and Responsibilities

The appointed UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive, engaging, and effective designs. Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting user research and competitor analysis to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
• Developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.
• Designing visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that align with brand identity, with a strong focus on fine details.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective implementation of designs.
• Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback for continuous iteration and improvement of the user experience.
• Ensuring all designs are responsive and function flawlessly across various devices and platforms.
• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web and mobile app design projects.
• Proficiency in standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• A solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles, including user research, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Excellent user interface (UI) design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and web standards.
• The ability to effectively communicate design ideas and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a significant advantage.
